Barrow, Butts, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dekalb, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Putnam, Rockdale, and Walton.
What is involved in your preventive maintenance agreements?
We will check voltage levels, filters, electrical connections, vibration noises, leaks, the heat exchanger, electric string heaters, fan limit switch, condensate drain and pump, the indoor coil, the burners, the pulleys and belts, system safety, and the blower assembly; clean the condenser coil, contacts and relays; and check proper refrigerant and motors.
What can I do to test for carbon monoxide in my home or business?
There are carbon monoxide detectors available for purchase that will act just like smoke detectors. If any amount of carbon monoxide is detected, it will sound an alarm alerting you that a level of carbon monoxide is present in the air. Remember—carbon monoxide is severely dangerous!
How often do I need to replace my filter?
It is recommended that you replace your filter at least once a month. If they are washable, wash them at least once a month.
How often should I service my HVAC system?
We recommend HVAC maintenance be performed a minimum of two times per year. We normally perform preventive maintenance services in spring and fall to ensure that you are prepared for the upcoming season.
